Step 1: Get your home valued for sale.

There are many facets to a property valuation; what is important is that you are fully briefed on all of them. No two properties are the same, nor are any two valuations. The manager tasked with providing you with a detailed valuation will take the time to fully understand your property and your needs.

Step 2: Instruct the right agent

Marketing, Marketing Marketing. A lesser known phrase in property but simply crucial for obtaining the most interest, the most viewings and the best price/buyer

Step 3: Agree a sale with the agent by picking the best and most suited offer and buyer.

Step 4: Instruct a conveyancer or solicitor to handle the legal aspect of the sale.

Step 5: Rely on your agent to progress the sale and keep you informed at all times.

Step 6: Exchange legal contracts. Congratulations you have achieved a successful sale

Step 7: Completion. The money from your sale is paid and distributed according to your instructions. Your agent will hand the keys to the new owner.
